    A low androgenic hormone level is named as incompetence in medical terms. looking on wherever the deficiency in androgenic hormone production happens, it are often additional classified as primary, secondary or tertiary incompetence. Primary hyponadism is diagnosed once the matter happens within the organs that manufacture androgenic hormone, the testicles. once it's injury to the neural structure that causes the deficiency in androgenic hormone, the condition is named as tertiary incompetence.
