    Anal issue

I've had this pain on the outer region of my anal, it have tried to ignore it but the pain has been persistent. I recently researched what causes this and I found a lot of worrying results so I just pushed the matter aside in hopes the pain will go but it still persists. As i checked my Anal with a camera, i found a bump that was read, I had felt the bump prior to this but didn't have the time to check it. It seems from my research it may be an abscess and that's extremely worrying. There are three causes, one of them being caused from STI and this is the troubling part. About a month and a bit ago, I had anal sex for the first time with a man i trust completely and he has told Me he has neve had an STI/STD. Now I have doubts but of course I need to gain clarity of whether i can diagnose it as an abscess first. Could anyone give me advice? Have I forgot to mention I'm one year underage for sex and I'm aware of my wrong doing but I implore you to not let that deter you from what is really concerning me.
