OK, this is sooooooooooooooo embarrassing but does anyone else have these during intimacy and what do you do for it? It's immediate onset with no warning and feels like no pain I've ever experienced - best I can describe it's like someone is wringing out my brain with spike filled heated to 1000000* degrees hands and it's all over my head - not just frontal or temporal etc.
any help would be appreciated. Oh, the same exact thing came on while I was in my neurologist's office..

    THANKS FOR ANY TIPS!!
