    Natural headach relief
    Rylee0925 posted:
I've had bad headaches for years and they seem to get worse with age. I try to stay as natural as possible but do need motrin at least once per week. The natural supplements that help me are ginger, turmeric, B complex, CoQ 10 and peppermint. I also put peppermint oil on my temples and if the headache is very bad I will put an ice pack on my head.
