How do you cope with stress?
    Stephanie Butler, RN posted:
To a point stress is good for us, but what happens with everything becomes just a bit too overwhelming? It's important for those of us with MS to have ways to cope and manage our stress, so that it does not negatively impact our health.

I love to destress by getting outdoors, cooking, or reading a good book. How do you deal with stress? If you need a few pointers check out this resource by the NMSS by clicking the link!

    Hello Stephanie,

First I got rid of the dog that kept crapping all over the house, then I replaced the furnace that was crapping out all the time and then finally, I talked my wife into moving back to Australia. I stayed here though!

    Finally, stress free!

Congratulations on putting yourself first, that's not easy to do!
