    Lets just say I cannot be Trusted, to do my own Taxes---even though I owned a Coffee Shop, in The 90's! wow...

    If I have had Adequate Rest,can keep Both My Painand my 'Stress Levels' Manageabe----(and its' Absolutely Perfect Day Outside: TheWeather can Really mess With Me!!! Then, I do Great-----But, So Many "Ifs"---You Know...?

    Eating Well is Extremely Important, of course---I have Noticed that I cannot put 'Heinz 57/Auntjamima' in The So-Called Gas Tank, it gets me in 'Big Trouble'!

    But,stll, at those times I may still Struggling, anyway: How Do I --or, rather You, out ther e, create 'Balance'....?

    I guess I am looking for more 'Choices'------Execising is Great----and Yoga, too.And 'Diversions', like Watching a Movie.......

    What else have any of You Found to be Heelpful for mr, God os #1!!!)

    Get Plenty of Restful Sleep, eat fullfilling meals drink plenty of fluids. Take Notes, Carry a Notepad in your Purse. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you have problems

    Fatigue can cause a host of cognitive problems such as memory loss and difficulty concentrating.

    There are different causes of fatigue and each one is treated differently. Next time you see your neuro, you could describe some of your problems to see if fatigue might play a role.

    Sounds like you are taking good care of yourself.

    Here is what I have found:

    - Getting into good health - a healthy weight, a healthy diet and exercise. The more overweight I am, the more tired I feel. And face it, weight makes you self conscious which can make you depressed.

    - Listening to your body. You are tired? Need to relax? Then do it. Get a good nights sleep. I know my visio is much crisper and clearer when I get a good nights sleep.

    -LAUGH. Think positively. Believe that you are doing well and that you are going to stay in good health. That will help. I wrote a blog about my grandfather and his belief and pride and how it helped him overcome congestive heart failure. ( if you would like to check it out and leave me a comment, that would be appreciated!)

    Personally, I try to get a good nights sleep every night, but I work full time, so that is sometimes difficult. I laugh every moment that I can - I love to live a life I can find pleasure in. Health - I workout regularly - 5 to 6 times a week and I take a supplement called Shakeology. It has also helped reduce my fatigue - great product great ingredients.     my problem is I am a teacher and the words and tasks dont come as easy as they use to. I sometimes can't find the words to explain things to the students, i cant write on the board like i use to, my hand writing sucks at time due to tremors. I know I don't get enough sleep but I do exercise - swim 3-4 times a week, and i eat ok. So now what
