    Radical neck dissection in a 75 y o man with other health issues

    My husband had his surgery in late April, has just completed ct scan guided radiation therapy, all complicated by Moderately severe COPD and coronary artery disease and recently diagnosed with diabetes, with dementia thrown in. Will these other health issues complicate his recovery or is what we see is what we get? He has been through so much already and we don't know if there is more to come.
