    Bumps on side of toungue, scared if I ha e cancer

    Hello, My names Evan and Im posting hefe bc Im concerned about these bumps forming along the side of my toungue, there on both sides and seem to maybe be teeth indents but im not 100% sure what they are. Ive had a post nasal drip going on for a month or so and,have been coughing up phlegm frequently. One of the bumps stands out to me more than the others I will try to post a picture for reference. Any input is apprecieated, thanks.
