Pelvic MRI / CAT scan shows 'lesions'

I've been having hip pain for several years now. This year it got bad enough that I started trying doctors. I had several MRI's and a CAT scan of my pelvic and lower back. On the pelvic scans, there were lesions or abnormalities on my pelvic bones. I got a bone marrow biopsy to see what this might be. The results came back ok other than my iron is depleted.

No one seems to know what these 'lesions' are, but they don't appear to be cancer or disease. I've been to an orthopedic, chiropractor, general, and cancer doctor. I still do not know what is causing the pain.

Any ideas or suggestions or has anyone seen something similar?
