I have osteoarthritis in my hands. The only thing that relieves the pain are cortisone shots every three months. I hate to have to depend on them, but nothing else seems to work. I also take anti-inflammatory medicince. Helps some, but I additionally need to take Tylenol Arthritis to help. Anyone have any suggestions?
