    Tingling sensations?

    Hi everybody,
This past week I have been having tingling, numbing, and cold sensations in my hands, arms, legs, and feet. Prior to this my feet would tingle a little when I would sit Indian style, but it would never occur in different parts of my body. Last week I woke up one morning on my side and slept completely on my left arm. After I woke up I could not feel my arm and my whole arm just swung over like it was not even attached to my body, however the feeling did come to the arm. Later that morning I was having the tingling and numbing sensations in my hands, legs, arms and feet which was continuous, but not severe. Later that day I was concerned so I went to my doctor and she did a neurological test to make sure I was able to move my hands and legs while coordinating the rest of my body, I passed. My reflexes were fine as well, and she also did a touch test on different parts of my body and I had no problem feeling, but the sensations were still there. The doctor also did an X-ray on my lower back and came back normal, and blood work was done as well, and I am still waiting on results.
These sensations occur when I do the following motions:
    Cross legs
    Sit in indian style position
Rest my arms on a table.
    Bend legs at knees
    When driving
    Brushing on arms
I am concerned about what is going on here. The doctor said that there is nothing serious going on at the moment, and will go away with time. This has been happening for five days, and I am concerned. Thank you for your help

Keep on top of this. All of those symptoms are relative to serious issues. Good luck.
