I am the grandma of twins - 3-1/2 yrs, a boy and a girl. Son is a single parent. At what age should we stop bathing them together? We will have them with us for 3 weeks in June....

I have 3 1/2 yo twin grandsons and they have noticed the difference between us and them. They told me that they have a we we and daddy has a we we , momma doesn't have a we we she just has a butt and Nana just has a butt. Daddy's got a big we we and wehave a litte we we! I liked to have fell out on the floor I laughed so hard. So they are starting to notice the difference between us and them. If your twins are noticing a difference between them and discussing it with you then I'm sure the next thing they will do is explore each other because they will be curious about what's the difference exactly. It's normal for kids to explore one another but you may want to not make it easy and start gradually separating them at bath time. I hope they have separate beds too. It just helps to keep them separated in certain situations. I just based my opinion on my son and his female cousin that were the same age and stayed the night with one another often and we caught the checking each other out at the age of four. If you catch this with them just keep your cool and it want be that big of a deal because it was just once I think or they got better at hiding it! lol
