    Bedtime struggles
    An_266549 posted:
My two grandsons age 3 and 4 give me a very hard time going to bed at night. They wake up at 5:30 every morning to get ready to go to daycare and they do not go to bed until 12-l am. Daycare says they do not take naps they only get quiet time. I do not give them sugar at night only milk or water and they eat alot of fruit for snacks. I tried everything to get them to go to sleep sooner but no success. They get very hyper around 9 o'clock and are just bouncing off the walls. I dont know what else to try.
