    I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I'm having severe lower abdominal pain they are not like cramps it's a constant thing. On a scale from 1 to 10 it's at a constant 7. I've tried laying down and relaxing and emptying my bladder. I'm not sure what to do. This is my 4th pregnancy.
