    It worked! The diet, combined with my little luntetur the morning, worked better than all the aerobics, spinning, strength training, oatmeal, rye bread and lean proteins, otherwise I had fought my way through all those years.

    I trained less, ate more, and my body was happy and slim. I was thinking less about how much I ate. Suddenly filled it not so much because I did not have to trench and "keep calorie accounts".

    To shape my body I made also on the floor at before or after my run, the exercises that I knew from my time as a dancer where I developed my FIT-training method. All in all it took no longer than an hour, and the results spoke for themselves. In three months, I lost 7 kg, pulled in tight jeans and had glow and joy in his eyes.

    And after that I thought, "Now I have to out and tell the rest of the women who are like me, how easy and wonderful it can be to get in the shape you've been dreaming of!" And then I looked back on it, I feel like my call. To make women happy and slim.
