    Every pregnancy is different and every person is different.. I happen to be bipolar.. and am very fortunate that my first pregnancy I was able to make it all the way till the 3rd trimester without any mood stabilizers or antidepressants.. as I said every person is different.. some people will stand against even tylenol when pregnant and some people welcome any relief there doc will grant them.. Im trying again with this pregnancy to stay off meds as long as possible. however my doctor is aware of my situation and has given me a list of meds I can take if I need them. Always speak to your doc about what you need or are planning on taking and they can steer you in the right direction for what is right for you and your baby...

    I take Prozac for anxiety and depression. I took Prozac all through my first pregnancy without any complications. My son is super smart and healthy. I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second child and am extremely nervous about taking Prozac. I don't know why but for some reason I'm a little more nervous this time. I don't really know what to do! Did your doctor talk to you about Prozac being safe?

    im in your boat as well.i have bad anxiety and panic attacks as well as depression and have been told not to take prozac.I was told not to quit cold turkey but ween myself of but definatly get off of it...
