Hi, since the secon trimester I have had a lot of pain in the pelvic region and between my legs. Today I lost my mucous plug and have been very gassy. This is my second pregnancy. My first I lost my mucous plug the day before. What are the chances of labor starting tonight?

How far along are you? I lost my plug at 19 weeks then again at 24 weeks. They can regenerate and just because you lost yours, doesn't mean that labor is coming soon.

I have been having lots of pelvic/tail bone pain the last month or so and am not in labor.

every prego is very different.. with DD i was just a little tired had some reflux and that was it.. this time around I have had every symptom under the moon..
with DD i lost my plug at like 34-35 weeks.. and I ended up a week over due.. so you very well could go but at the same time you could be stuck like this for a while.
how many weeks are you??? the closer you are to your DD the better chances are youll go into labor...

Im 36 weeks today and the mucous plug was the bloody show. I've searched on the internet and I don't understand. Is the mucous plug and the bloody show two different scenarios. Can you regenerate the bloody show or is that it? I delivered my daughter at 37 weeks. Today I have been having dull back pain and cramping like I need to poop. I'm wondering if I'll give birth tonight or this weekend.

Usually you lose bits of your plug. It starts out kind of like brown snot and then you will get some bloody snot which is what people say is your bloody show. I think things might be going on for you if you are 36 weeks and having that. You just never really know.

(Nice clear answer huh?) I would get your bags packed if you aren't already and make any last purchases needed. It looks like you might be delivering pretty soon.

Shanun-that is so funny about your girly parts. I swear mine have to be bruised if not starting to break from the pain! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
