I recommend the book, "You Can Beat Prostate Cancer" by Bob Marckini. It gives the pros and cons of the various treatments. It convinced me of the way to go six years ago, and I'm very satisfied.

I have benign prostate enlargement. I often wear depends. I often have blood in my urine, and an ache in my penis. Can anyone tell me what I can do about this?
    billh99 replied to 201068694's response:
Your symptoms might be more than BPH. You need a full workout.

As to your questions there are a number of treatments for BPH. The old standard is TURP. There is a new one that uses a stent to prop the channel open in the prostrate.

The are other treatments such as lasar.
