They had a 5+ year relationship; she cheated and did a number of other numerous things that supposedly didn't sit well with my boyfriend and he broke up with her but yet they continue to email/text each other? He put his email account on my phone and I get notifications when a new email arrives.

Back in June he text me when it clearly was meant for her. When I asked if he's had any contact with her recently he said no. She continues to try and contact his family.

Should I be worried or am I just being paranoid?
