    RA & IBS

Hello, I was diagnosed a year ago with RA. About 6 months later, IBS. I have a feeling I have always had mild IBS but maybe recent life changes have exacerbated it.

Here is my issue: every medication I have tried causes stomach issues. I don't have regular RA pain any longer. I work on a computer all day and I find on days that I do not take a break, I will have pain. My GI doctor has helped me understand how to control my IBS but I can't find an RA doctor that does not push medication.

Does anyone have experience with fixing these issues with diet and exercise? I would love to chat more with you.
