    Insofar as RA I am not 100% sure of the benefits of yoga, but for osteoarthritis any form of physical activity will improve your overall condition.

    Check this site out FightArthritisPain.org

    It's a site that shows OA sufferers that staying active and in shape are great ways to fight OA pain. Osteoarthritis is the #1 debilitating condition in the U.S. with about 1 in 5 Americans being affected.

    The marketing company I work for has picked up the campaign for the Arthritis Foundation and the Ad Council to help spread awareness of the treatments of this condition.
