    increase ejaculate load and force?

    my gf and i are trying to enhance our sexual satisfaction and one thing i'd like to see if i could work on is my ejaculate volume and a forceful ejaculation. ive seen ads for pills that will "increase your load" which i'm really skeptical about but have heard positive reviews, however i've also heard opinions about how you can't change the volume of ejaculate and that the pills are scams... but it just seems like there would be a way to it. (we've all seen pornos where a guy ejaculates bucket loads... and i can't imagine that's possible without pills or something else..)

    know hydration is part of it but is there anything else i can do to improve my results?

    what does zinc and/or l-arginine actually do for men with regards to sex?

    and lastly, i want to increase the force with which i ejaculate (i know this sounds stupid but i'd like to give my gf a little show instead of it just dribbling out.), is there anyway to do this? like do kegel exercises help strengthen the muscle(s) you ejaculate with allowing you to "shoot" your load? i've only done the exercises a few times (i think i do them wrong, i dunno) and i was thinking that if i held the muscle(s) really tight for as long as i could right before i climaxed, maybe that would allow me to start ejaculating farther...

    i'd appreciate any advice, tips, solutions that you could give me. thank you.

    Hey just a piece of advice... Dont take l-ysine and l-arginine at the same time because they both compete for same receptures during absortion. Taking them at the same time will result in much not being absorbed and so you are wasting much of it.

    Also ive read in multiple sources that l-ysine and zinc work better in combination than on their own so I myself take bith supplements at the same time

    Additionally how u take them is so important. People forget the absorbtion process is complex and you can screw it up...

    Most supplements (especially proteins like l-arginine and l-ysine) are best taken with a light snack. Too much food with it will make concentrations too low and a lot of the supplement will be wasted when you defecate (because your body simply never absorbs everything, a lot is left as waste)...

    But take supplements with absolutely nothing, and there isnt much volume for the nutrient to mix with and you will cover a smaller area of your intestines and much stuff wont be absorbed by intestine receptures

    So i like to take my supplements with a light snack. Not too much food but a light snack is good

    Unless its metals. If you decide to take zinc by itself without l-ysine, or other metals that have nothing to do with increasing semen (like calcium or magnezium), those actually are better absorbed with more

    Here's a really good stack to build your semen volume:


    Daily take:


    - 2,000 mg L-Arginine (add 1,000 mg for extreme hardness)
    - 200 mg Zinc (volume)
    - 800 mg Vitamin E (volume)
    - 500 mg Horny Goat Weed (pleasure & volume)
    - 150 mg Mucuna Pruriens (for mental pleasure)
    - 1,200 mg Lecithin (volume)
