    Many things at once happened.

    Hi, I am 43 and have always been healthy. I started working out 8 months ago, with the goal to get abs before I die. I was a little overweight, overall doing well with no issues. 3 months ago, my libeto was through the roof. Then like a light balb, it popped. And went down hill to almost nothing now. First thing I noticed was my electric charge/tingle was gone. I figured it was from being over trained. So took a break for a week and got some sun. Figured it would fix the problem. I was still doing ok, but no excitement feeling. I had also started doing a low carb high fat, protein diet around that time. Went and saw my doctor. I also noticed on my thumb knuckles there were dark brown spots. The doctor took a close look and said it was nothing. All my blood work was perfect, So I have a lot of energy, but no electric tingle and my penis can get hard if I focus, but before it was 4 or 5 times a day it would get hard to 0 time a day. And I wake up with nothing as well. I also feel emotionally blah, no feeling. I was taking zinc, magnesium and boron, which boosted it for a little while but I still have a blah feeling.

    Your body should be reacting in a positive manner in accord with your diet , exercise program and vitamin intake.
    Our body gives us warnings when there is a problem and just like the heart , our penis knows when we have a potential situation.
