    I did some research on grape seed extract and it seems that grape seed is particularly beneficial for cardiovascular conditions and other circulatory conditions. (read link below to read more on this)

    There are risks associated with grape seed extract if you're allergic to it, so you should definitely consult a doctor before you take any vitamin or supplement.
