I think I have keratosis pilaris in my arms and like some blemishes in my face cheeks. I would like to know what could be done to improve the skin and beauty in my arms and if there's something I could to for my face? Maybe 1-2 days week per day exfoliation in my face? Tan my arms?

    Hi there, Rangu94!

Here is what I could find on KP on WebMD . They highly suggest generously moisturizing your skin, using topical exfoliants to remove dead skin cells, applying topical retinoids, and lastly, laser treatments. Click on the link to read more.

If it is KP that is causing the blemishes then this will be extremely useful information. However, I would confirm that diagnosis with a doctor.
