I have started getting bruises above the hands and below the elbows on both arms. It seems to be resulting from might usually be considered very minor scarps along the arms. What can I do to reduce his brusing or eliminate it all together?

    Hi there,

I think that you should focus on why you are bruising so much in that specific area. Bruising is caused by a variety of reasons from merely bumping yourself on the arm to something more serious.

Have you spoken to a doctor? I think you should consult a doctor to figure out the cause of the bruising. Once you figure out why then you can narrow down ways to prevent it

Let us know when you've spoken to your doctor.

    Thanks for posting
