Because many of you are posting about severe acne and wondering if allergies could be causing some of your problems I'm reposting this resource for those of you who might be interested in trying it.

Remember to keep very good notes about the process you take, your reactions both good and bad.

I would be interested in hearing about your experiences.

    Best,

    Dr. Evans

    Dear Dr. Evans,

Thanks for posting information about allergies and acne. I know for the most part mine's due to my hormones and stuff, but there are other times when I think it's due to stress or stuff I eat that I'm allergic to. I'm sensitive to a lot of different foods so I'm going to try to figure out once and for all what I shouldn't be eating and see if it makes any difference in my face. I appreciate the information. I'll let you know how its working for me.
