    I'm 59 and this happens to me. I think it's an age thing. It doesn't particularly affect me during the day. I don't feel exhausted or anything. I started walking 4 miles when I got home from work and that seemed to help a lot. I'm not trying to be funny but when you wake up read your Bible. You will be asleep in no time. The enemy doesn't want you there. It had occurred to me that every time I read my Bible lying down I found myself waking up. Give it a shot.

    Good advice...reading bible can also give some peace to our restless hearts.
