Hey paulan..I am in the same boat chile..I want so bad to quit, and fear the Cold Turkey syndrome..WITHDRAW..I live alone, no support, and no friends that don't smoke..I am a retired NURSE..Go figure, and I have smoked for well over 50yrs. I hate the smell, taste, and mostly financial burden..Need a support buddy to go thru this journey, and I don't have any pointers, maybe we can come up with some self innovating ones ourselves..I live in Alabama, retired, family lives in GA. so I have no support to speak of..cant believe I am doing this, but anything worth wanting..I say take the risk, and go for it..gonna try quitting COLD TURKEY..HAVE one more pack left, and that's my beginning...Hope you do well on your journey, and if ya need a buddy to chat with about what, and how your feeling on the way to being smokeless..then reply..Heres to smellin my perfume again..lifeflite.
