I have quit only to return again and again. I I believe I am the one who cannot quit. My daughter often says that I just say f--- it and go back. I can go 4 days than my whole body is full of fatigue and exhaustion. The feeling is over whelming I do not know what to do but smoke. It controls my whole being and I am so ashamed that I cannot quit. I really need to have support and not cave in. Please keep sharing the struggle and victory of smoking. I will keep reading to find my struggle to end my smoking.

Hey, I am trying for my last time, and will make it this time. I have been smoking for 44 years now; I am 58 years old. I quit while pregnant, and started right back up, and every time I quit, even for a year, I started back when stress came into my life. It is a hard thing, but when it really starts affecting your health, as you get older, it will be worth it. Explain to your friends and family, so when you get irritated as heck with them, they will understand. Good luck, as I need good luck also. Hope you make it.
