Is the Glenoid Labrum a ligament?
    Oleksiakd posted:
I recently had a labral tear repair in my right shoulder due to an lifting injury at work. I am trying to claim this through my Aflac accidental policy. They are saying the Labrum is not a ligament. On Wikipedia, the glenoid labrum is also listed as glenoid ligament. I know that Wikipedia is not the best medical reference, but I am just trying to find out if it I am in the right or wrong here. I have searched on Google and it is difficult to find a definitive answer. Thank you.
