    ACL MRI?
    msallen82 posted:
My daughter hurt her knee 3 week ago. At first it was sore but no big deal. It did not get better for a week so we went to dr. He said it felt like she tore her ACL and schedule an MRI for the the next week. However, now my daughters knee does not hurt and she is walking around fine.
Don't want to pay for the MRI if her recovery means that the ACL was not actually torn. Could it still be torn even though the pain has ceased and she is walking normally?
