    I am 26 years old and I recently suffered a subacute left posterior cerebral artery stroke. I am fortunate to have only lost half of my vision on right side and some weakness in my extremities on the right side. I know it could have been so much worse. My vision looks like a strobe light effect, a kind of flashing affecting both eyes on the right half. My neurologists said my vision might come back. Could be weeks, months, years or possibly never. Unfortunately he said there was not a timeline for my sight to come back. I hope that yours has returned.
