Sonimal, I have hypothyroid & have been taking virgin coconut oil for 3 months now. It seems to add to the healing of the dysfuncional thyroid. My skin & eyes are more moist. A clinical dose is 3 Tablespoons per day , any way you want to ingest it. It is yummy on toast, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, saute veggies, etc. Go to www.TheWolfeClinic.com ask for issue II December-Revised Edition of thier mailout. It is chock full of info for hypothyroid. Hope this helps.. Good Luck & Good Health...Kim

Sonimal-OOPS the correct clinical dose of coconut oil for hypothyroid is 3 1/2 Tablespoons per day-not 3 tablespoons. Kim
