Try seaweed for hypothyroidism or iodine deficiency

I have to say, I have not been diagnosed, but have had almost all the symptoms of hypo, both my female relatives have it too. So, I took seaweed for it, it seemed to help before the day was out! I took about 2 TBSP at first, and then do a 'maintenance dose' every day of about 1 TBSP. I must reiterate that I haven't been diagnosed, but it's worth a try, especially if you don't have any $$ to go to the doctors.

If it's hypo, I blame the twice or more yearly irradiation from dental visits I was forced to go for as a child, until I was a teenager and off my parents insurance.
