Discomfort in urethra and difficulty ejaculating
    Anon_87841 posted:
I've had this ongoing problem for several years now. I can feel a small blockage in my penis - when I squeeze my erect penis or if I tense the muscles in that area I get a mild feeling of discomfort about half way down the shaft of my penis. The discomfort is very mild and is not a problem in and of itself. The problem is during sex when I have a hard time reaching a satisfactory orgasm. I can feel the blockage as I approach ejaculation and my climax is either very weak or completely non-existent. The problem is not as bad when masturbating presumably because I have more control.

I saw a urologist last year who seemed perplexed. He tried a procedure in the office and warned me that I would feel a slight pressure. When he stuck his implement into my urethra it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life and I screamed until he stopped. I'm reluctant to go back to the urologist as he doesn't seem to have much idea of what the problem is.

Probably you have a small skin flap inside your urethra which is constantly irritated by urination, ejaculation, and any stretching of your penis. Small tears occur when under pressure, causing pain.

Do not give up on a urologist, but he should inspect with cytoscope. Yes, it's likely to be painful. Ask for numbing.
