I suffered from all the above symptons and tried the antibiotics etc with no results . I read online that garlic cures infections and yeast infections so I started eating raw garlic daily after dinner . About two or three cloves from a bud on a daily basis . All symptons cleard up within 10 days and I have been pain free for over 6 months now .

You did not refer to any symptoms. There is nothing "above" your note, so we have no idea what you're referring to.

The allicins in garlic are known to have anti-inflammatory properties, among other benefits. These allicins are available in garlic capsules to avoid the unpleasantness of eating raw garlic.
